1. The service

TopClozer provides managed LinkedIn outreach on sender accounts, AI-assisted messaging, a unified inbox and related tools, made available on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing content, nor to use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the content of the messages and prospect data you upload and send.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial. We reserve the right to modify or end trials at any time. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan may convert to a paid subscription.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by TopClozer and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outreach results, deliverability or third-party platform outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
