TopClozer started when we got tired of babysitting spreadsheets, VAs and burner LinkedIn accounts. So we automated the whole thing — safely.

Why we exist

Outbound shouldn't cost you your weekends — or your account.

Every growth team we knew was stitching together five tools, two VAs and a nervous relationship with LinkedIn's limits. It was fragile, risky and impossible to scale.

Why we built a safer way to do outbound

TopClozer exists because modern outbound was broken. Every growth team we knew was stitching together a scraper, a sending tool, a warmup service, an inbox and two virtual assistants — all balanced on a nervous relationship with LinkedIn's ever-tightening limits. It was fragile, expensive, and one restriction away from losing an account and its network overnight.

We rebuilt the stack around two convictions. First, that your personal profile should never be the thing taking the risk — so we operate pre-warmed ambassador accounts on dedicated proxies and let clients get results without ever connecting their own login. Second, that AI should be the interface, not a bolt-on — so the product was designed MCP-first, letting any assistant run campaigns, import leads and manage the inbox through tools.

The result is an outbound engine a founder can set up in two minutes and an agency can scale to fifty clients, with the safety, personalization and oversight that used to require a whole ops team. We're a small team obsessed with a single number — qualified meetings booked — and everything we ship is measured against it.
